The HEPA filter is an extra filtration bag that is installed over the permanent filter (Only for models: HD-750-32H, HD-750-22H, ST-700-25H, ST-700-35H. Mostly used for strong allergies, for pets or for additional filtration and added protection for the motor.

When you receive your vacuum system, everything is inside the bottom or top canister or in the protective foam at the bottom of the unit box. depending of the model.

The bracket is in the bottom protective foam inside the unit boxe. The user manual, permanent filter and disposable bags are inside the bottom canister of the vacuum
For: ST-700-25H, ST-700-35H
The bracket is in the foam inside the bottom canister of the vacuum with the user manual, permanent filter and disposable bags.
For: ST-600-18B
The bracket is in the foam inside the top canister of the vacuum with the user manual, permanent filter and disposable bags.

To reset the pairing mode, quickly press and release the reset button on the unit. Then, immediately press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds. The light will flash and go through a series of colors before returning to solid blue. You are now connected to your device.

The on-off switch to start and stop your vacuum is on the hose handle. There is a 3-second delay before the unit shuts down completely.

You can start your vacuum system by turning the hose 90 degrees to the right, in your inlet. If your system starts, you may have a broken on / off switch, which can be replaced easily. Our attachement kits come with a 2 year warranty, simply contact us and we will gladly assit you. A proof of purchase will be required.

For the on / off switch to work, you need to have 2 low-voltage pins (metal prongs) in your wall inlet valves.
Our central vacuum systems can be plugged into a standard 110-120v electrical Outlet. They work on 15 amps non dedicated breaker.
For by-pass units (Semi-Commercial), a dedicated breaker is mandatory.
